I tried gladiator for the first time. I thought the cheese mayo mix was a little funky, but the burger was very tasty. A bit disappointed with the fries. A little overtime probably frozen. Absolutely nothing special. And pop your fry game guys goes along way.

My burger binge continues along with my depression. Today it’s burger priest. I like burger priest. Not smash to a crisp like some of the other places these days but the OG in Toronto. And there’s one here you obviously. Because they’re bloody well everywhere.

Johnny’s hamburger was OK but not great. The price was right at nine dollars. Still this is a Scarborough institution and people love it. When I was there it was a huge line in the parking lot was full. So what do I know?

This is a really good Smashburger. Maybe a top 10 in the city. Not smashed to a crisp like drops or happy. But on par or better than holy chuck. Great taste. Got it with grilled mushrooms and onions. Nice soft bun. Outstanding fries. The girls at the Westin location, sisters, Are the best.

I love golden star. Been going since I was a kid. Great home burger. Amazing fries. I think I scored them too low in my TikTok. Need to revisit.

Ordered from nubagel’s new location on young Street north of Eglington. Bagels were outstanding. As good or better than bagel house. Better than I remember when I got them from the Kensington market location. My only issue was the tuna salad I was expecting to be tuna, mixed with mayo, you know. Instead, it was a salad with some tuna on it. so nobody ate it. But no worries the bagels were great.

OK I know this is the McDonald’s of Caribbean food but it was pretty good. The service was good. Chicken was great. Price was amazing.

I tried knuckle sandwich. Both Corey and I had the fried chicken sandwiches with Corey having the Korean and I had the buttermilk. Tasty sandwich really nice poblano coleslaw. Also got the arugula, beet salad, which was amazing. But the fries were a fail. Sandwiches were outstanding and I would go back.

This was a great burger. Perfectly proportioned. Perfectly grilled. It is on a flame grill. Not a flat top. The fries fresh cut and delicious.

It was an epic meal. Did the tasting menu. If you’re gonna do that please Uber or cab it! Sorry for the bad pics had to use an old iPhone!

These guys make some of Toronto’s best sandwiches. I love the brisket. With mushrooms and onions. Love the fontina cheese.

I tried the new Cajun chicken sandwich. It was good but tell me they don’t deep fry it.

This is my favourite pizza and my favourite chain joint.

Jacob has a great classic Toronto steak place. The service is impeccable. We got the table side Cesar share the steak in a ton of sides. We’ve been several times and they never disappoint.
