Digital Entertainment Group answered all of our questions promptly, and assisted us in planning and coordinating our reception music program. Frank Lombardo (General Manager) was very professional, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a positive client experience. Thank You Frank, much appreciated!

Of all of our wedding vendors, I salute The Venetian for going above and beyond to meet all of our expectations. The venue is beautiful. The price per person was very reasonable for the amount of food we had on our menu (i.e., Antipasto Bar; Dinner: 4 Courses and Dessert, and Late Evening Stations; Open Bar from 5.00 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.). The food was very good; we have received a lot of positive feedback from our guests that there was lots of food/variety, and the food was good! We were also able to substitute and add more alcoholic brands to our Open Bar at no additional cost. The Venetian management team responded to all of our emails promptly and ensured every detail we requested was honoured. The Venetian management team was also friendly, professional and transparent – we didn’t run into any surprises or hidden fees. Extremely satisfied with the service we have received!

Do not recommend. Lack of attention to detail and poor communication with driver/client! Here is a list of things that went wrong on our wedding day: The driver didn’t read our driving itinerary thoroughly...driver drove from location #1 to #3, instead of #1 to #2...and from location #2 to #3, the driver took a route that we said to avoid due to construction/traffic. Furthermore, the driver was not provided with our updated contract, and as a result, our remaining balance due on the wedding day was increased (causing last minute errand to the bank). After our wedding day, we received majority of the refund of the over-payment for a service we didn’t end-up using [We had added late night pick-up to our contract, but then removed it after we were advised that we had to commit to a pick-up time. Given that we didn’t know when our wedding day would conclude, we dropped this service]. Overall, disappointed because L.A. Limousines has reviewed, acknowledged and confirmed understanding of the driving itinerary, driving directions and contract details/remaining balance due. However, the driver was not informed about all of this information? and L.A. Limousines didn’t even apologize for our dissatisfaction with the service.
