When I spoke to Robert (Manager/Owner) the first time to inquire about the 2015 Lexus bumper quote, I got a gut feeling that I was already talking to the right person. He explained the details about the technical aspects, the pros and cons of the situation, etc. I felt his honesty, courtesy, friendliness, trust, confidence, knowledge and other related factors concerning the main objective. Robert is a great son, father, and grandfather. Robert entertained me (with my family) despite the auto body shop was already closed. We also spoke about how the shop was born, including about his family. When you talk to Robert, it's really pretty amazing and inspiring because you will also learn the other things about success, etc. Great guy and shop. I highly recommend his auto body shop.
