After being hit on the QEW, Seneca towing service was on the scene within a minute. The driver showed me concern and kindness making sure I was okay. He called the police for me. He spoke to the at-fault driver so I did not have to deal with him. Only after all of that was looked after did he discuss his auto body shop. He brought me to the collision reporting centre and waited over an hour while the police paperwork was completed. He then brought me and my car to Seneca Auto Body in Mississauga. That's when I met Robert.Robert Fluney is the proprietor of this long established family business in the heart of Port Credit, Mississauga. His support staff and repair crew all spoke very highly of him... and they were all also kind to me at the end of a very long and miserable day. Robert's support and calmness did much to ease my mind and nerves that night. And he made sure that I was okay before sending me home with one of his loaner cars... a very clean, reliable new car.While his shop did not repair my car as the insurance appraiser deemed it a total loss, he continued to support me while I negotiated with the insurance company. This process was stressful and drawn out, but his most helpful advice and reassurances saw me through to a favourable outcome.Thank you very much, Robert and team.
