I just read all the so called "non-member" negative comments (likely posted by one person).I will personally only go to this location for my oil changes. Eldon and his staff treat me exactly the same as everyone else. From what I can see, this is a busy location. They sometimes have to turn away business, me included. The thing is, they can only do so much in a day. They take people first come first served. So expect to wait. If you can't deal with that (I can) then go elsewhere. But what I can say is that they will give to honest truthful service.Remember there are sometimes reasons why people are on the phone. It could have been on his own time. To the people at the Upper James location, keep up the good work!
