I would not believe a 5 star review on this site. The limo was missing its knob on the radio (hard to find music with no knob! Only half of the A/C vents were working... can you imagine a sweating bride in a bridal ballgown? Oh and when the groomsmen have to jump start a limo that's a problem. I mean but for a company to NOT admit to that AND have no reservations taking $900 including tip and not willing to refund even a small portion for that pathetic service well that's priceless.

I just had my bridal shower here last Sunday (April 19th). I cannot even express how amazing it went and how happy I am! This place is magical! It was everything I envisioned and more. The Factory Lounge is unlike any other venue I have ever been too and my guests were blown away! Not only is this place gorgeous but the owner is outstanding!! Thank you Teri Leese for absolutely everything! Not only is she a pro but she's seriously just the sweetest and will make sure your day goes perfect. Again I cannot thank you enough! I would recommend The factory lounge to everyone! There is no other place like it. Such a Gem!
