the funeral home did not have what I wanted for my Mom. I found the Pieta on casket depot and Jeff was efficient in processing order. It was delivered in Ottawa, with the 2 hour estimated delivery time and boxed, packaged on a crate. ( I had to be present for delivery, as the funeral home does not want to be help responsible if anything goes wrong) Super good service, prices and casket was to our liking.
