I have been a member at that location for 20 years...in hotel and I was so looking forward to the new renos and management. Sadly, it is filthy. Change room floors dirty, toilets still have same stain on it from 2 weeks ago, garbage in toilet stalls are overflowing in sanitary waste, shower and steam room floors are filthy, towels smell nasty ( I didn't even want to dry myself with them for fear my body would smell the same way). I have never seen any cleaning staff. The schedule for classes that is posted on tv screen is wrong...no relationship to the real schedule...hence I missed classes and showed up when they weren't even on. Concept is great, renos are great but sadly operational execution is unprofessional. When I joined as a prior location member I got a special price. Unfortunately, they withdrew more from my account for a year. I complained, they said I was lying and they never gave anyone that special price....they finally found my contract and I was correct. They now charge me the correct contract amount, but DID NOT refund my over payment. So, overall NOT impressed with the new show.
