I had a ticket that I brought to hwy-law. At first they were very attentive. I was in communication with Sandro. He stopped responding to my emails and I was in the dark about whether or not they would represent me. My date was nearing and after countless attempts to reach and confirm with hwy-law no one got back to me so I had to proceed with another lawyer. Fast forward to 4 years later, hwy-law took me to collections. I called to inquire and Paul, who was very rude, told me that they did behind the scenes work so they had to charge me. I advised that I tried countless times to reach out to Sandro but he did not get back to me. Paul got really nasty and told me that I should have called. I told Paul that Sandro and I were communicating via email and out of nowhere he just stopped responding. I advised Paul that for future reference people who come to them do not know the ins and outs of this so it would be wise and helpful to explain the process and their policy to people. Not even willing to listen, Paul kept being rude. If you are calling to inquire about their services be VERY careful they don’t trick you into a contract you never agreed to
