Outstanding customer service. Working with The Roof Whisperer Hamilton was super easy and personable. The shingles we choose had to be upgraded to meet a sudden change in permit requirements. Even though the cost was more, they honoured the original estimate. also, came over that night with the new shingles samples so that we could see the slight change in colour tone, walked with us down our street to look at a similar house with grids. they waited patiently as we sifted through ideas. they pointed out pluses and minuses along with appearance, cost, etc. We are very grateful to them for their input and are very happy with our decision. they came back out to double check the work and we received a follow up email from them and a follow up call on the day of the installation as well.
