I have been renting for 6 months so my monthly rate just jumped from $132 to $206, yet when I look online the same size unit is being offered for $153 + a free month. Do the math, 1 month free so 5x153=765. Divide by 6= 127.50 per month, which is less than I'm paying now. When I call to complain no one seems to get it!
