I was very pleased with the company and with the technician who worked on my house. There were squirrels in the wall of my home, and the access to the area was very awkward, due to the house being very high and there not being a lot of space between the homes. The job was done very efficiently and within the time frame the company quoted, despite bad weather. Ray went to the house, gave me the information I needed, complete with photographs, and explained my various options. He was knowledgeable and definitely had much experience. I put my trust in his judgment and he did a great job.
