I bought a 12 feet retractable awning from Craft-Built two month ago. I researched the company and product on line and went to their office in Ajax where I got all the explanations I needed to to confirm my selection. The sales person was very helpful, not pushy, understood the location and our needs and tone me down with accessories not required. The awning was ready before the promise date.I did not install it yet. I will do it in spring and update this comment at that time.Overall i had a very good experience with Craft Built.
