George and I would like to let you know that we were both very impressed with Jenny's friendly and knowledgeablehelp when I phoned to get information on how to get our carpets cleaned, picked-up and returned.The time for pick-up was promised on the following Friday and the time was perfect. I was told that we should haveit back within 1 week to 10 days. We received an email telling us that it would be returned on May 1st and again thetime and the date were right on time.The 2 area carpets came back looking like new and I would certainly recommend Love your Centre to anyone needingcarpet service. I could not tell if the protection I asked for and recommended by Jenny was done but we are sure itwas!We would like to thank Jenny for her very professional and friendly help and the workers doing such a super job.
