OMG😃👍👏I was wanting to write/ post a review!My review, 11 or more stars out of 10!!! Fast forward, look no further for a company that is outstanding!!! I happened to find this company searching online as I had previously used a very reputable, highly recommended, multiple decades in business company that I had used to clean rugs and was not thrilled with how the rugs looked after cleaning so…..reading the reviews I decided to fill in the online connect with this company. From minutes hitting my request, I had an email response, estimated quote, description of how things worked and all my questions answered. I immediately confirmed booking 3 oriental rugs to be cleaned and one rug to be shortened and rebound. The communication, transparency, timing and price exceeded far beyond my expectations. My 3 oriental rugs are easily a hundred years old, they get a lot of traffic and look better than I can remember them ever looking!!!Send a request as you will not be happier with your decision choosing Love Your Rug!!!Patti, Scarborough, May 19/2023
