BE very very careful when signing up. They kept me there a long time but rushed signing the contract. IT is iron clad, and protects them NOT you. I sent an email to them quitting the club when it shut down operations in covid - THEY SHUT THE Building, yet they did not acknowledge my email or respond on subsequent emails, and did not take calls. Then, even though they knew I left, they continued to charge me - when I was trying to negotiate, and for quite some time after. They sent it to collections, and an original 700 became 3000 - Like WHAT? And how did I find out ? They sent it to the credit bureau AFTER I received a threatening, very unprofessional call from a Collection Agency - Like WHAT? The only time Wynn called me was they made their employee, my trainer, reach out to me. No OTHER phone calls, because they have that contract. And apparently its ok for gyms to charge you when you're not there, EVEN when they SHUT their building down. Beware this company. My Trainer gets the only star because he was awesome (SS)
