I joined the 6-month membership at Wynn in August 2023.. 2 weeks later, I decided to cancel my membership due to personal reasons, but Wynn declined as they said it's not allowed to cancel any more. Told them we (my cousin and I ) would pay the termination fee but still they declined don't know what the point is honestly since we can't go to the gym so even if they charged us, which they did, we can't use it for its purpose. Tried to email STEVEN AS HE SAID ALL THE DETAILS SHOULD BE SENT TO EMAIL SO THAT HE CAN RESPOND AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. WELL GUEST WHAT? HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY TO MY 2 EMAILS REGARDING CANCELLATION. SO WE DECIDED TO SHOW UP FOR CANCELLATION, AND THEN AGAIN, THEY DECLINED.. I WAS PISSED, AND STEVEN AND JAMES SAID, WE COULD WAIT FOR THE 6 MONTHS THEN THEY CAN CANCEL IT. SO FOR 6 MONTHS, MY COUSIN AND I WERE DEDUCTED EVEN IF WE HAD NOT USED THE FACILITY SINCE THE ATTEMPTED CANCELLATION IN AUGUST.THEN FEBRUARY CAME, I WAS DEDUCTED 435.12 FROM MY ACCOUNT APART FROM THE MONTHLY/BI-WEEKLY CHARGES THAT YOU ARE DOING.. I CALLED WYNN MEADOWVALE TO SPEAK TO JAMES. I even MESSAGED HIM, CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO CALL BACK OR RESPOND WAS RECEVIED. AMAZING! I CALLED THE MAIN RECEPTION, THE MAN WAS RUDE!! HE TOLD ME, I COULD ONLY COME MONDAYS THURSDAYS(I THINK) FOR CANCELLATION. TOLD HIM I CANT AND SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK TO SEE WHAT HE CAN DO.. I CALLED TODAY MONDAY, TOLD THEM I WAS COMING AND WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE, THEY TOLD US WE HAVE TO HAVE A BOOKING FOR CANCELLATION?!!!!!!!!!! HOW AMAZING THAT IS. RIGHT??? SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME WHEN I CALLED 2WEEKS BACK CORRECT??AS PER STEVEN, RUTH THE MANAGER IS NOT AROUND AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS AGAIN.. SO HE SAID IF YOU WANT TO TALK, TO JAMES (HE IS THE ONE WHO ASSISTED US FROM THE START)YOU CAN WAIT SO WE WAITED BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP, I WAS MAD, SO I TOLD MY COUSIN, JUST BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS RUTH SO WE CAN LEAVE, SO INSTEAD, STEVEN GAVE HER A CARD AND SAID EMAIL US IF YOU WANT AN APPOINTMENT WITH RUTH!! HOW AMAZING SERVICE AND NERVE YOU HAVE THERE, STEVEN SO THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS? CUSTOMERS WHO PAID FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THAT DID NOT EVEN USE THE FACILITY AND EVEN CHARGED FOR NO APPARENT REASON AND NO HEADS-UP?HANDS UP TO YOU.
