If you're looking for something local do not use. Their website indicates they are "in London" but when you complete the form and chose drop-off/pick-up the only locations are in Toronto. I called their main line and they continued to say "We are in London, but our cleaning facilities are in Toronto". I responded to the customer service rep that no - you are NOT in fact in London if I have to drive to Toronto to drop off and pick up and my rug. And you are STILL not in London if I have to pay for my rug to be delivered to Toronto to be cleaned. This is stealing business from actual local companies, which I do not support. Love Your Rug should clearly identify that they will service London area through delivery to Toronto but that they are not actually in London. Not cool.
