Kathy! ,Bought a purse roughly a year ago and the snap from the strap broke, so I thought. Went to have a NEW snap put on. The fabulous staff informed me that it had simply unscrewed and the piece was attached to the main part. They kindly fixed it , without charge and sent me in my way. That act of kindness made my day.
