We give Craft-Bilt a 5 Star rating.The quality is excellent, and the staff are all amazing. We dealt mostly with Nithi, he helped with the planning a produced plans and quotes based on our input. After 3 - 4 revision he gave us a final plan and quote. Any interaction with other staff members was equally pleasant. We had a minor hiccup, which was resolved immediately.It was nice to deal with a Canadian company and was good to be able to talk to someone when we had questions.We highly recommend Craft-Bilt if you are considering buying aluminum deck railing as we did, but we saw many other products that they offer that look to also be excellent designs and the same quality.Don and WendyMay 2024
