I would have to give the entire experience a full five stars from start tofinish. Your pickup and delivery guy, Juan, was very professional andpleasant to deal with. My only complaint, and not a big one, would be that Iwas told that Juan would call 15-20 minutes prior to arrival and that didnot occur on either end of the service. My wife was thrilled at how well therug turned out considering how much it needed the cleaning.I will definitely use your services again and I will also recommend you toanyone needing a rug cleaned.Merry Christmas
