Richard was absolutely fabulous!Very professional and also kind and considerate. He took the time to walk me through everything and offered to move any furniture. Above and beyond care for the carpet and respect for my mother’s home. What a delight to receive such excellent service. I am honestly blown away by what a lovely interaction this was at a time when I’m moving my 92 year old mother back into her home.
