Hi Anna,I'm so glad you suggested removing the fringe from my rug and binding those ends instead. It has made such a difference! Not only does it look better, it is much cleaner (doesn't hold on to all the dog hair) and easier to clean. What an improvement!BTW, in spite of your warning that your company might not be able to clean off all the dog hair, the rug looked completely dog hair-free when it arrived and the colours look much brighter now that I can see them properly.Thank you so much!Karen

Karen, removing the fringe and binding the ends was the right call for that rug. It’s good to hear it came back cleaner, brighter, and easier to keep free of dog hair after the work we did at LoveYourRug Cleaning Toronto. We’d rather set expectations carefully up front and have the result exceed them than promise more than the rug can give.
