We needed some plumbing work done in our basement apartment before our new tenant moved in, so we were on a bit of a deadline. Chris was able to come out quickly, look at everything, and take care of the repairs without making the whole process complicated. He was respectful of the apartment and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I also appreciated that he pointed out a couple of small things we should keep an eye on instead of waiting until they became bigger problems. Very good service and we were able to get everything ready on time
