Arriving with 3 large trucks on private property with limited access points for load in and strike is sometimes common, but what your team did this year was not less than extraordinary. The drop off and set up went extremely smoothly but the strike yesterday in torrential rain, thunder and occasional lightening for an hour could have been a health and safety issue. I spoke to David about it and we decided to plod on until we felt there was a possible need to stop. The attitude of the whole crew was incredible and wonderful to see. They put on their "plastic" rain gear and kept smiling. Right up until the last dish was loaded, we all shared a few jokes and laughed about it all. For 15 years, it has been a pleasure to work with Chairman Mills, but yesterday was a great day when it could have been less than one. Thank you so much to whole team that weathered Lake Joseph yesterday!!!
